We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Advisor to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, presenting tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to navigate complex negotiations. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese/Punjabi are plus, as it enables us to serve a diverse client base effectively. The Insurance Advisor will play a key role in expanding our market presence through strategic business development and exceptional client management.
Responsibilities
- Engage in business development efforts to expand the company's client portfolio and increase market share.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Apply strong analytical skills to assess client needs, evaluate market opportunities, and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Deliver responsive customer service while building long-term professional relationships with clients and underwriters
- Everyday office work involving ICBC transaction, batching and inventory reconciliation.
Skills
- Requires Level 1 or 2 and 1 years minimum experience.
- Procedural Knowledge of Personal Lines Administration and Sales
- Procedural Knowledge of ICBC Sales
- Travel Insurance Sales
- Evening Shift Flexibility
- Answer phone calls
- Help clients with insurance needs
- Strong customer service skills
- Fluent in English, Punjabi, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is an assetBenefits:
