As a Journeyperson, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our repair services.
Duties
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance on various vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to assemble and disassemble vehicle components.
- Interpret schematics to diagnose mechanical issues accurately.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required during the repair process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive repair or related fields is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and interpreting technical schematics.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during repairs.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on the specific job duties.
