WHAT YOU BRING:
- You are a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the CRPO and are EMDR trained or Certified with EMDRIA
- IFS-informed EMDR experience is a significant asset, though not a requirement — if you have this training, it will be highly valued

A LITTLE ABOUT US:
Spear Wellness Centre, as well as Spear Counselling & Psychotherapy Wellness, were co-founded by Brittnee (Stewart) and Zack (Revell) — a brother-sister duo with a shared vision to create a unique, welcoming space that supports the mind, body, and spirit. We offer a blend of trauma-informed psychotherapy and alternative healing methods to help individuals truly transform their lives.
Brittnee is a Certified EMDR Therapist, IFS Level 1 trained, and has advanced training in IFS-informed EMDR and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. Zack is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) focused on client-centred care, with specializations in EMDR therapy for trauma, addictions, and performance enhancement. Together, they are passionate about expanding this vision to include a growing team of professionals with diverse and complementary specialties.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in a mental health-related field
- Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the CRPO (in good standing with their regulatory college)
- Must have completed EMDRIA Approved Basic Training
- Additional trauma training or genuine interest in trauma-informed modalities is a strong asset
- A client-centred mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with professionals across disciplines
- Experience working in mental health and trauma-informed practice
- Self-driven, passionate about professional growth, and committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care
- Enthusiasm for learning new therapeutic approaches and incorporating holistic wellness into your practice
- Looking for full-time or part-time availability throughout the week and able to offer in-person appointments
