Job Opportunity: Professional Auto Detailer
We are looking for a hardworking, detail-obsessed Auto Detailer to join our team. If you love the satisfaction of transforming a vehicle from "road-worn" to "showroom-ready" and have a high standard for quality, we want to meet you.
About the Role
As an Auto Detailer, you are the final line of defense for our quality control. You will be responsible for restoring and maintaining the interior and exterior of various vehicles, ensuring every car leaves our shop in pristine condition.
Compensation
Wage: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour (depending on experience).
Position: Full-time / Part-time available.
Key Responsibilities
Exterior Cleaning: Perform thorough hand washes, clay bar treatments, and wheel/tire cleaning.
Interior Restoration: Deep clean carpets, upholstery, and leather; vacuum, steam clean, and sanitize all surfaces.
Paint Care: Apply waxes, sealants, and basic machine polishing to enhance and protect vehicle finishes.
Meticulous Detailing: Clean windows, door jambs, vents, and consoles to a "like-new" standard.
Quality Control: Inspect your own work to ensure it meets our shop’s high standards before delivery to the customer.
Shop Maintenance: Help keep the wash bay and detailing area clean and organized.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous professional detailing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude.
Stamina: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle the physical demands of the job (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods).
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
Attention to Detail: A "perfectionist" mindset—you don’t miss the small spots.
Valid Driver’s License: Must be able to safely move and park vehicles.
