Part-Time Ecommerce Product Coordinator

MarlasFashions.com is one of Canada's largest special occasion dress retailers, serving customers across Canada, the USA, and internationally. We carry thousands of dresses for Prom, Wedding Guest, Mother of the Bride, Bridesmaids, Quinceañera, and other special occasions.
We are looking for a highly organized Ecommerce Product Coordinator to help manage product data, pricing, Shopify product setup, and ecommerce quality control.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with Excel, ecommerce systems, AI tools, and detailed product information.
Responsibilities
- Compare supplier spreadsheets against existing product data
- Update product pricing and product information
- Prepare and review Shopify import files
- Assist with Matrixify imports and exports
- Perform product quality assurance (QA)
- Review product titles, tags, images, descriptions, and variants
- Identify and correct product data errors
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve productivity and data accuracy
- Assist with ecommerce merchandising projects
- Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities
Requirements
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working with large spreadsheets
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to follow SOPs and workflows
- Reliable and organized
Nice to Have
- Shopify experience
- Matrixify experience
- Ecommerce experience
- Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools
- Fashion retail experience
This position offers hands-on experience working with ecommerce operations, AI tools, Shopify, product management, and process improvement within a fast-growing fashion company.
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
