Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. As the first face our guests see, you’ll set the tone for the entire dining experience. If you love people, stay cool under pressure, and know how to make guests feel genuinely welcome, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm, positive attitude as they arrive
- Manage reservations and waitlists using our seating system
- Guide guests to their tables and provide basic menu information if needed
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
- Communicate guest needs or special occasions to the service team
- Assist with takeout orders or phone calls when needed
- Support the overall flow of the restaurant, especially during busy hours
Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
