Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in New Residential Construction and possession of their Red Seal certification is considered an asset. This role involves working on diverse projects such as restoration, as well as new construction builds and will be responsible for executing detailed tasks with precision, utilizing a wide range of tools and technical skills to ensure high-quality results across multiple construction disciplines.
Qualifications
- 5 Years proven experience in New Residential Construction.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for diverse construction projects
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations on job sites
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration and project coordination
