Peter Stathakos & Associates - TO, Ontario
Virtual / Remote / Flexible Schedule
PSA is looking for a skilled therapist to join our team.
We work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, betrayal, infidelity, compulsive sexual behaviour, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, emotional disconnection, and the complicated realities that often sit underneath those experiences.
Most of our clients are thoughtful, high-functioning people who are successful in many areas of life — but internally or relationally, something isn’t working anymore. They’re looking for real change, not just coping strategies or surface-level conversations.
That’s the kind of work we care about.
Who We Are
PSA Therapy is a psychotherapy practice that believes therapy should actually help people move forward in meaningful ways.
We care deeply about:
- strong therapeutic relationships
- honesty and compassion
- emotional depth
- autonomy and growth
- thoughtful clinical work
- being real humans, not therapy robots
Our environment is collaborative, warm, direct, and a little unconventional. We take the work seriously, but we don’t believe professionalism has to mean being stiff, performative, or disconnected from your personality.
We genuinely like each other here. We consult often, support one another, laugh a lot, and care about building a team that feels sustainable long term.

The Kind of Therapist Who Fits Well Here

- continues to grow personally and professionally
- is comfortable working beyond surface-level symptom management
- connects well with high-functioning and emotionally guarded clients, even those who have been in contact with the justice system
You don’t need to work from one specific modality, but therapists here tend to be relational, psychodynamic, attachment-focused, trauma-informed, or depth-oriented in their work.

- trauma and complex trauma
- couples therapy
- betrayal trauma and infidelity
