IMM has an immediate opening for a full-time Junior Estimator. In this role you will work closely with our Sales, Engineering and Production teams. Duties will include:
- Preparing repeat-work and entry-level estimates.
- Receiving and process RFQs in accordance with IMM procedures.
- Creating RFQ folders and maintain quotation records.
- Entering RFQs and opportunities into JobBOSS²
- Conducting RFQ follow-ups on behalf of the estimating team.
- Maintaining quotation pipeline data and opportunity status within our ERP system.
Supporting the Sales Manager, Lead Estimator, and Marketing Coordinator with:
- Customer visit preparation
- Open quote reviews
- Order entry history analysis
- Estimate-to-order performance reporting
- Delivery performance reporting
