Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Bartenders to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced Italian restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for Italian food knowledge, Italian wine knowledge, mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar & restaurant area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash register.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Stay informed about new drink recipes, menu items, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending and serving or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
