Job Overview
We are looking for skilled, energetic, and customer-focused Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing beverages, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and utensils
- Use the POS system (Micros POS preferred) for orders and payments
- Ensure compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking when required
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred
- Experience with POS systems (Micros POS is an asset)
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
