Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves engaging potential clients through outbound calls in order to register business owners for seminars across Canada and building strong relationships to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in B2B and technical sales environments. Fluency in English is essential. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to maximize engagement
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Maintain detailed records of interactions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies with overall campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Follow up with existing clients to foster long-term relationships and promote repeat business
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to enhance sales effectiveness
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development, preferably in B2B or technology sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish language proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer interactions
- Technical sales experience or background in marketing is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and product information
