Position Overview:
As aTechnical Sales Specialist, you will support our client’s suite of products and services where applicable and provide product/service options that are tailored to the needs of the customer.
This team provides excellent service in connecting with customers, analyzing their needs, and offering customized solutions. Position: Bilingual Technical Sales Specialist (English/French)
Position Status: Remote-6 Month Contract
Hours of Work: Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 10:00pm EST
Department: Outbound Sales
Rate of Pay: $16.20 - $17.70 CAD per hour + Commission
Location: Open to residents of Alberta and New Brunswick.

Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers fromcoast-to-coast.
- Conduct outbound calls for customer retention, sales, andservices.
- Promote and recommend the latest products and services to customers onoutbound salesqueues.
- Manage call flows, provide first call resolution and satisfying customerexpectations.
- Strive to understand the customer’s situation and recognize the customer’s needs while providing customizedsolutions.
- Create a need by educating customers on product services andexecute business strategy that meets or exceeds financialobjectives.
- Meeting key performance indicators
- Following upwith customers to ensure customer satisfaction and expanding salesopportunities.
- Take accountability, and the appropriate action, toresolve customer issues efficiently and effectivelyas if they were yourown.
- Accurately resolve customer questions with a high level of professionalism
- Accurately document customer interactions within the appropriate systems
- Communicate effectively to customers regarding account information, products, pricing, promotions, etc.
- Maintain a high level of competition and productknowledge.
- Maintain a high level ofconfidentiality.
- Other job tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Care, Retention, InboundSales,or Outbound Sales is required.
- A flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to clearly explain products, pricing, and solutions.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- An ability to build rapport withcustomers.
- An ability to multitask while managing call flows and maintaining accuracy.
- An ability to navigate multiple computersystems.
- An ability to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, retention goals, call quality, and productivity metrics.
- An ability to work in a target-drivenenvironment.
Working From Home Requirements:
- High Speed internet with a minimum 30mb/s download and 10mb/s upload speeds (No Satellite Internet)
- A physical space where you can fit your PC and Monitor near a router or modem that is private and free of distraction.
- You must be connected via Ethernet port and not by Wi-Fi.
- Ability to download and use the Google Authenticator app.
- Must have IOS 11 or Android version 10 (or newer).
