Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Excavator 300 serries Operators & Dozer operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy equipment, particularly excavators, and Dozers and will be responsible for executing excavation tasks with precision and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators and other heavy machinery, including loaders, backhoes, and graders, to perform excavation tasks.
- Execute horizontal drilling and digging operations as per project specifications.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on-site.
- Assist in building foundations, trenches, or other structures as required by the project.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven one year experience in heavy equipment operation specifically with excavators - 300 series.
- Dozer operator has to have one year experience in dozer operation.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with loader operation, backhoe operation, grader operation, and commercial driving is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Valid driver's license; additional certifications for heavy equipment operation are a plus.
