We are seeking reliable and compassionate Female Home Care Support Workers to assist clients in Christie Park View SW, Calgary, AB.
Work hours will be 7:30 to 9 am (some shifts will be until 10:30 am) and 8 to 9:30 pm Mon-Sun. Additionally, there will be shifts from 11:30 to 1:30 almost every day.
Ideally, we would like a care worker who lives in the SW area, as it makes it easier to provide care to the client.
We are looking for 1-3 care workers to cover these shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders (no administration)
- Companionship and emotional support
- Accurate documentation of care provided
Qualifications
- Previous home care, healthcare aide, or caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Criminal record check (required)
- CPR/First Aid certification (required)
- Must speak either English, Punjabi, Hindi or Urdu
