Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our Pressure Washing and exterior cleaning team . This role involves engaging with customers, drumming up work for the team doing door to door sales, drafting estimates and sending invoices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Candidate must have reliable transportation.
Duties
- Engage with customers to create work for the team.
- Learn about the product to showcase features and benefits.
- Operate Quickbooks system to do quotes and invoices
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, phone etiquette, and active listening.
- Door to door sales with team to drum up work for the day; as well as hanging door hangers to get work in new areas.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields is preferred.
- Self motivated individual
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service expertise, are essential.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling, organizational skills, and time management will contribute to success in this role. Pay will be minimum wage plus a commission on each residence the sales representative successfully books and invoices.
Pay: $15.00-$45.00 per hour
