We're currently looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Assistant / Delivery Driver. Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Duties:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders accurately
- Maintain inventory organization
- Keep warehouse clean and safe
- Handle construction and industrial materials
Delivery Duties:
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
- Complete local deliveries
- Follow routes and schedules
- Provide professional customer service
- Complete paperwork accurately
- Perform vehicle checks
Requirements
- Valid Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Experience operating a manual transmission vehicle
- Experience with medium-duty diesel trucks is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- CSA-approved safety boots
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable with consistent attendance
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year or more of warehouse/delivery experience
- Forklift certification (asset)
- Knowledge of local routes
- Inventory system experience
