This position is to work during the week and predominantly on the weekends.

What You’ll Do
Support staff at Fuego play multiple roles throughout service. Responsibilities include:
Guest Experience
- Greet guests warmly and manage the host stand during service
- Manage waitlists and reservations while communicating accurate wait times
- Ensure guests feel welcomed and looked after from arrival to departure
Floor Support
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
- Assist servers and bartenders by running food and drinks to tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room
Takeout Coordination
- Organize and pack takeout orders accurately
- Communicate with the kitchen and service team to ensure orders are complete
- Deliver a smooth pickup experience for guests
Coffee & Beverage Support
- Prepare espresso drinks and coffee beverages
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Support the team when needed during service
Operational Excellence
- Keep service stations stocked and organized
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house team members

- Coffee experience or interest in learning espresso preparation (an asset)
- Previous restaurant experience (preferred but not required)
