Duties
- Measure, cut, and install eavestroughs using hand tools and power equipment to ensure accurate fit and secure attachment.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine the correct placement and specifications for each project.
- Apply caulking, to guarantee a weather-tight installation.
- Complete installations on new construction as well as renovations include tearing off the existing rain gutter systems
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project timelines are met and expectations are exceeded.Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and measuring tapes
- Construction experience with a focus on roofing or exterior building systems.
- Strong carpentry skills including framing, cutting, and fitting materials precisely.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for proper installation procedures.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing joints and preventing leaks.
- Familiarity with restoration processes, construction painting, plumbing basics, welding, flooring installation, or tile laying is a plus.
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings confidently for complex projects.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
