Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and client-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta, as an independent contractor. The successful candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic massage treatments, assess clients' needs, and develop personalized treatment plans to support overall health and wellness.

Duties
- Conduct client assessments and review health histories.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic massage treatments in accordance with professional standards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Educate clients on treatment recommendations, home care, and wellness practices.
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained in a clean and professional manner.
- Adhere to all applicable health, safety, and professional regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare and wellness professionals when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with a recognized massage therapy regulatory or professional association in Alberta.
- Valid license with The City of Edmonton as a Health Enhancement Practitioner
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to client care and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Previous clinical or wellness center experience is considered an asset.
Compensation
- Competitive contractor compensation structure.
- Percentage split and/or room rental arrangements available and negotiable based on experience.
