What You'll Do:
Build Lasting Relationships with Customers:
- Empower customers by offering tailored financing, insurance, and warranty options that make owning a vehicle even better.
- Explain aftermarket products and extended warranties in a way that excites and informs.
- Forge strong connections with financial lenders to secure unbeatable rates and programs, providing our customers with the best possible deals.
- Process financing and leasing deals with accuracy, always keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of every transaction.
Lead the Charge on Compliance and Profitability:
- Stay ahead of the curve on federal, provincial, and local regulations that impact our business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure every vehicle sale is seamlessly handed over to F&I, keeping the customer experience smooth and professional.
- Train and mentor the sales department on the benefits of financing and extended service plans, fueling their success with the knowledge and tools they need.
Be the Detail-Oriented Champion:
- Listen closely to customers, understand their needs, and guide them through a tailored sales journey.
- Ensure every aspect of the F&I process is handled flawlessly, from the moment the deal is made to the delivery of the vehicle.
- Manage documentation with precision, ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time.

Your Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is a must, and additional certifications or automotive sales experience is a bonus.
- Provincially licensed (OMVIC, AMVIC, etc.), ready to hit the ground running.
- Tech-savvy, with basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to handle both manual and automatic transmissions.

Pay: $63,012.72-$172,213.73 per year
