Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Order Desk/Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the friendly voice and efficient coordinator for customer orders. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service while managing order processing, data entry, and invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional service at the front reception/order desk
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond promptly to emails
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices using company software
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to contractors and homeowners
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain organized customer records and documentation
- Assist with general administrative tasks and office organization
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with siding, windows, doors, soffit & fascia, eavestrough, roofing, and general construction materials
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
