WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Technician to join our Red Deer Parts & Service team. This is more than a shipping and receiving role—we're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and proactive. The ideal candidate can prioritize their workload, anticipate what's needed next, and take initiative without waiting to be told every step. What you'll be doing
- Pick, package, and prepare parts and materials for shipment and internal use
- Receive, unload, organize, and store incoming inventory
- Support shipping, transfers, returns, and local parts deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and stock organization
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
- Keep the warehouse, yard, and storage areas clean, organized, and work-ready
- Support Parts Technicians and other departments to keep daily operations moving efficiently
- Look for opportunities to improve warehouse organization and workflow
What you bring:
Required
- Grade 12 diploma
- 1–3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or industrial experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with an acceptable driver's abstract
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work and working outdoors when required
- Basic computer skills
Assets
- Forklift certification or experience
- Experience in an industrial, heavy equipment, or parts warehouse
- Experience with inventory control or warehouse management systems
