What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing post-sale customer service and coordinating technicians, installers, and service appointments. You will act as a key point of contact between clients, builders, technicians, and internal departments to ensure issues are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule a high volume of service appointments accurately and efficiently
- Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and urgent service requests in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, technicians, and internal staff through phone and email
- Navigate builder portals to update purchase orders, deficiencies, and service requests
- Maintain detailed records and track ongoing service files using Excel and internal systems
- Support technicians and installers by organizing schedules and ensuring service timelines are met
- Assist with order entry, pricing information, purchasing, and general administrative coordination
- Proactively resolve customer concerns and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with multiple departments while maintaining strong organization and follow-through

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required (post-secondary education considered an asset)
- Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, administration, or the construction/design industry is considered an asset
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, are required
