We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team. The Sales and Leasing Consultant will play a key role in expanding our market presence through strategic sales management and upselling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Engage in outside sales efforts to attract new clients and retain existing customers
- Conduct sales activities to develop partnerships and business opportunities
- Assist customers through the purchasing process, providing detailed product information and options
- Support marketing campaigns by promoting products and services through various channels
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance
Requirements
- Strong, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently from prospecting to closing deals
- Drivers License
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client information and follow-ups
- Willing to learn marketing strategies and sales support techniques
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for engaging clients professionally
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals
Pay: $45,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
