Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining and servicing swimming pools to ensure they are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and general maintenance, with a focus on pool care. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, providing essential services for our clients’ recreational and health needs.
Responsibilities
- Regularly inspect and clean pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces
- Balance chemical levels to ensure water safety and clarity
- Maintain and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators
- Operate hand tools, power tools for pool repairs or installations
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with pool systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Experience with apps and electronic platforms for reporting
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and general maintenance procedures
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction and repair tasks
- Strong understanding of maintenance practices for pools and spas
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for troubleshooting mechanical or chemical issues
- Prior experience in pool mechanical systems is rewuired

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
