Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role is the key link between our customers and service department—ensuring clear communication, accurate estimates, and a smooth service experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service-related phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Greet and assist walk-in service customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently
- Prepare service estimates and detailed repair orders
- Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance to customers
- Process warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Recommend maintenance services and upsell accessories when appropriate
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service completion
- Maintain organized records of service orders and customer interactions
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous sales experience is considered an asset
- Mechanical or powersports knowledge/background preferred
- Comfortable using computers and service management systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
