Urban Clean Living is looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable individual to join our growing team in a dynamic multi-role position.
This is a part-time position with the potential to lead to full-time employment for the right candidate.
Hours
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week to start
- Typically between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexible schedule may be required based on business needs
About the Role
No two days are the same in this position. We are seeking a true “Jill of All Trades” who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working both in the office and in the field.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with daily office operations
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
- Assisting with employee relations and documentation
- Scheduling staff and managing client communications
- Conducting field inspections and quality control checks
- Supporting Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) initiatives
- Assisting with payroll and bookkeeping tasks through QuickBooks
- Meeting with prospective clients and completing walkthroughs
- Filling in for cleaning appointments when employees call in unexpectedly
- Assisting management with special projects and day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices
- Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
- Knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Police Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to travel to Irricana for training and, after training, this position will primarily be based in our Airdrie office

Compensation
