Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets set by both the manufacturer and the leadership at Pickering VW
- Coaching, Training, and Motivating the Sales Team on an ongoing basis
- Ensuring daily tasks are complete by the sales team
- Achieving and maintaining a high CSI score
- Helping deliver a fun, optimal customer experience
- Bringing forward progressive marketing ideas
- Tracking leads and closing ratios as well as other KPI's related to the department
- Forecasting and tracking targets and goals on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis

Yearly compensation range for this role is between $110,000 - $140,000. Salary of $36608 with the remaining range consisting of bonus payments.
