Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Sand and smooth drywall surfaces to achieve a flawless finish, ensuring they are ready for painting or further finishing work
- Use hand tools
- Confident on stilts
- Maintain a clean work area by picking up piles of drywall dust
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standardsRequirements
- Ability to operate hand tools, power sanders, and other relevant equipment safely (csts) certification
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality finishes
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand, bend and work in various environments throughout the day
