This is a casual position at Cumberland Health Centre/Dialysis/Lodge (CHC) in Cumberland on Vancouver Island, BC.
What You’ll Do
At Island Health, pharmacists work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams across emergency departments, inpatient units, specialty services, ambulatory care, and community settings throughout Vancouver Island. Your expertise helps support safer medication management, complex clinical decisions, drug therapy plans and counselling, resulting in better patient outcomes across the healthcare system.
