Hybrid Infusions, an independent Alberta cannabis producer, is growing our Sales and Customer Support team. We’re looking for an entry-level Customer Support Representative to help us connect with licensed cannabis retailers, support customer relationships, gather store feedback, and provide product information across our portfolio of brands and products.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in cannabis, customer service, sales support, marketing, or brand development. The role will begin with a strong focus on phone and email outreach, retail store follow-ups, product information, feedback collection, and general customer support.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organized, comfortable speaking with new people, and excited to learn more about the regulated cannabis industry.
What You’ll Do
- Contact licensed cannabis retailers by phone and email to introduce Hybrid Infusions products and share basic product information.
- Follow up with retail stores to gather feedback on products, customer interest, pricing, competitor activity, and general market trends.
- Provide friendly, accurate, and professional support to retail partners.
- Build positive relationships with store owners, managers, budtenders, and retail staff.
- Track outreach, store feedback, follow-ups, questions, and notes to help the team stay organized and informed.
- Respond to retailer questions or direct them to the appropriate internal team member when needed.
- Support the Sales and Marketing team with retailer communication, product updates, customer materials, and general administrative tasks.
- Help maintain up-to-date product catalogues, sell sheets, store lists, and retailer-facing materials.
- Share retailer feedback, questions, concerns, and market observations with the internal team.
- Learn about Hybrid Infusions products, facility, brand messaging, and partnership products in order to confidently support customers.
- Represent Hybrid Infusions and its brands in a professional and compliant manner.
- Other duties as required.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with new people by phone and email.
- A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in the regulated cannabis industry and Canadian cannabis products.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to track conversations, notes, and follow-ups.
- Comfortable using a computer and common programs such as email, Microsoft Excel, and Word to track notes, update documents, and complete day-to-day tasks.
- Comfort making phone calls, starting conversations, and handling rejection or feedback professionally.
- Ability to ask good questions, listen carefully, and share information clearly.
- Reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to stay consistent with routine outreach.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, cannabis retail, hospitality, call centres, marketing, or sales is considered an asset, but is not required.
Physical Demands
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time while completing phone, email, and computer-based work.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, reach, or climb ladders as required.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- May occasionally support in-person events, store visits, trade shows, or customer/brand activations.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
