Manufacturing Accounting / ERP Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support our day-to-day accounting and manufacturing operations. This role combines accounting responsibilities with ERP system coordination, inventory-related tracking, and costing support within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Process payroll, employee expense reimbursements, and vendor payments
- Prepare invoices and follow up on customer payments and collections
- Handle bank deposits, cheque deposits, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and accounting data within the ERP system
- Support inventory-related data entry, receiving, purchasing, and inventory tracking
- Coordinate and verify purchasing orders, receiving records, and inventory transactions
- Assist with costing and manufacturing-related financial data provided by overseas teams
- Support month-end and year-end accounting processes
- Work with external accountants on tax filings and financial reporting
- Maintain organized financial and operational documentation
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or manufacturing accounting
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as TOTALETO, SAP, NetSuite, Business Central, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with inventory flow, purchasing, or manufacturing operations
- Basic understanding of costing or manufacturing financial processes is an asset
- Experience with payroll processing and Canadian accounting practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a hands-on small business environment
Preferred:
- Experience in manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or industrial environments
- Experience with inventory and purchasing workflows
- North American work experience preferred
- Mandarin or additional language skills are considered an asset
