Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our energetic team. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our valued customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring smooth communication, accurate service writing, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Your enthusiasm for automotive repair and customer service will drive success in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, including oil changes, brake repairs, transmission work, alignments, and more
- Prepare accurate estimates and service write-ups using CDK software
- Upsell additional services and maintenance packages to enhance vehicle performance and safety
- Foster positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service experiences and follow-up support
Qualifications
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and/or comfort discussing and explaining various recommended repairs
- Experience in service writing and automotive service sales techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
