The Role
We are looking for a reliable, high-energy individual to join our team at Mary & Larry’s. We are a classic "mom-and-pop" eatery built on down-home charm and high-quality, homemade food. With a community of almost 10,000 followers, we stay busy and need someone who can keep up with the pace while making every guest feel at home.

- Our menu is naturally gluten-free (with exception of breads, buns, and wraps).
- We hand-bread and batter every piece of fish and chicken to order.
- Your Role: You’ll need to be diligent about understanding our menu and safety protocols to ensure our guests feel 100% safe dining with us.
Compensation
- Base Wage: $17.50 per hour
- Tip Pool: On average, our team sees an additional $5.00 – $10.00 per hour from the tip pool for a total of $22.50 - $27.50 per hour
- Staff Discount 20% Off Duty& 65% On Duty
- Extended Health Benefits: Available to full time employees after 6 months if eligible
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet guests with that signature Mary & Larry’s warmth.
- GF Awareness: Confidently explain our gluten-free options and safety protocols to guests.
- Efficiency: Manage the flow of the dining room during our 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM operating hours.
- Homemade Quality: Take pride in serving food that is made from scratch and hand-prepared.

Pay: $22.50-$27.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
