We are a family owned dealership seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Sales Manager and General Manager in driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage store operations will be crucial in achieving our sales goals and maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly.
- Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership and team motivation.
- Uphold store standards regarding cleanliness, organization, and merchandising.
- Ensure Sales Rep daily tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Monitor our portfolio of customers to ensure they're being nurtured.

Yearly compensation range for this role is between $80000 - $110000. Salary of $36608 with the remaining range consisting of bonus payments.
