Hiring Immediately: Warehouse & Janitorial Support

Bee Clean Building Maintenance is looking for a motivated, dependable team member to join our Kamloops team. In this role, you will work closely with the Supervisor, management team, and cleaning staff to support daily operations. This is a hands-on position that includes warehouse duties, light administrative work, and assisting our field staff as needed.
Schedule
- Tuesday to Friday (flexible with additional hours/days when required)
- 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the warehouse by unloading deliveries, organizing supplies, putting orders away, and delivering supplies to job sites (no forklift operation required).
- Sweep and mop the warehouse floor once per week.
- Perform light administrative duties, including:
- Responding to and sending emails using Microsoft Outlook.
- Basic data entry using Microsoft Excel.
- Cover cleaning shifts and provide support to team members when required.
- Respond to call-outs, including specialized cleaning (bio-cleans). Full training will be provided.
- Learn and assist with the operation of floor care equipment.
- Maintain knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and company standards.
- Communicate performance concerns or site deficiencies to the Supervisor or management team.
- Safely lift, move, or carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Assist wherever needed and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other basic computer applications.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is an asset but not required. Training will be provided.
- Successful applicants must complete a criminal record check and obtain high-security clearances (paid for by Bee Clean).

Vehicle Requirement
Access to a reliable personal vehicle is required when the shared company vehicle is unavailable. Mileage will be reimbursed based on kilometres driven for work purposes.
Please Note: This is not an administrative or office-only position. This is a hands-on operational role that includes warehouse duties, site support, cleaning coverage, deliveries, and light computer work.

Pay: $21.50 per hour
