We're not chasing cold leads with a phone book. We run sophisticated paid acquisition that delivers a steady flow of qualified, inbound business owners actively looking for funding. Your job is to advise them, structure the right deal, and get them funded fast.
We're scaling, and we're looking for a sales leader to build the engine.
The Role
As Head of Sales, you'll own the full revenue funnel, from the moment a qualified lead hits the pipeline to the moment the deal is funded. You'll lead and grow our sales team (funding advisors + BDRs), sharpen our process, and personally close the deals that move the needle. This is a player-coach role: you'll carry a book and lead from the front.
What You'll Do
- Hit the phones hard: make at least 200 calls per day to qualified leads, working the pipeline with energy and consistency
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of funding advisors and BDRs, setting daily/weekly targets and holding the floor accountable
- Own monthly funding volume and revenue targets: forecast, track, and consistently hit them
- Personally close larger and more complex deals while mentoring reps on theirs
- Build and refine the sales playbook: scripts, objection handling, pipeline stages, and CRM discipline
- Work directly with our funder network (Working Capital, Term Loans, Lines of Credit) to structure and place deals at the best terms
- Hire, onboard, and ramp new reps as we grow
- Report on the metrics that matter (conversion rates, funded volume, cost per acquisition, and rep performance) and use them to drive decisions
What You Bring
Above all, we're looking for drive. We care more about hunger and work ethic than a perfect resume, and we'll back the right person who's determined to win. Here's what stands out to us:
- A relentless work ethic and persistence. You make the extra call, follow up one more time, and stay with a deal until it closes
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets in some kind of sales role (industry doesn't matter; what matters is that you can close)
- Natural leadership: people follow you, and you can coach others to perform (or you're hungry to learn how)
- Comfort in a high-velocity, phone-first sales environment
- Sharp commercial instincts: you know how to read a deal and a person fast
- A fast learner who'll absorb our products and process and run with them
- A builder's mentality: you want to shape a sales org, not just inherit one
MCA or alternative lending experience is a strong plus, but not required. If you've got the hunger and the closing skills, we'll teach you the rest: factor rates, holdbacks, stacking, underwriting basics, all of it.

Compensation
$50,000–$60,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $105K–$130K+)
