Top pay! Full time! Local work! Simpson's Fence (London) Ltd is seeking experienced fence installers for the London area. The successful candidates will be reliable, have a good work attitude, and be willing & able to perform manual construction labour outdoors. You will be a member of a 2-or-3 person team, performing a range of installation duties including loading / unloading trucks & trailers, distributing materials around a jobsite, mixing concrete & installing various types of fencing as they gain knowledge & experience. Full-time days (Mon-Fri).

Responsibilities:
- Performing onsite installation duties including mixing cement, digging post holes, installing fence, loading / unloading truck & trailer with building materials & tools as directed
- Communicate with foremen & estimators/project managers to facilitate productive and positive outcomes for installation projects
- Safe loading / unloading / driving of truck / trailer
- Safe operating of Skid Steer machines
- Ensure & expand on knowledge of safe & optimal use of tools & equipment, using established procedures and guidelines to achieve installation production goals
Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable of installation of chain link, ornamental iron and/or wood fence (1 yr minimum)
- Adequate level of physical fitness to perform required manual labour in outdoor environments
- Able to manage team members in respectful & positive manner while facilitating acceptable productivity & quality levels
- Able to work in a team-based environment & take directions as necessary to perform tasks quickly and safely
- Able to read blueprints / site plans / take-off drawings
- Proficient with safe & productive use of fence installation equipment such as Skid Steer
- Able to work weekdays 7:30am - 4:30pm with occasional overtime
- Solid problem solving and communication skills
- Able to safely drive full-size pick-up trucks & trailers
- Access to reliable daily transportation
- Knowledge of construction & basic hand-tools
- Valid driver's license & clean abstract

- Able to lift 50lbs
