Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake and sourcing strategy through offer coordination and onboarding support.
Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand talent needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
Source, screen, and assess candidates using thoughtful and effective evaluation methods to identify top talent.
Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and maintain clear, proactive communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment activity, maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems, and ensure process efficiency from start to finish.
Identify opportunities to improve hiring workflows, strengthen recruitment practices, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a detail-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of hiring processes and best practices across the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage hiring activity.
- Sound judgement in candidate evaluation and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
