At Restore Hair Loss & Scalp Clinic and Serenity Wig Boutique, we help people struggling with hair loss regain their confidence through both immediate and long-term solutions.
Some clients need a wig, topper, or hairpiece to feel confident today.
Others want to identify and address the root causes of their hair loss so they can restore their natural hair.
Most need both.
As a Wellness Consultant, you will guide clients through their entire confidence restoration journey by providing treatments, education, support, and personalized solution recommendations.
No previous hair experience is required.
We provide comprehensive training for the right person.
What Makes This Role Unique
Most clinics focus only on treatments.
Most wig boutiques focus only on hairpieces.
We do both.
Through Serenity Wig Boutique, we help clients regain confidence immediately.
Through Restore Hair Loss & Scalp Clinic, we help clients address the root causes of hair loss and support long-term hair restoration.
As a Wellness Consultant, you'll help clients understand and access both solutions when appropriate.
What You'll Spend Most Of Your Time Doing:
70% Clinical Treatments & Patient Education
- Administer hair and scalp treatments following clinical protocols
- Educate clients on treatment plans and expectations
- Support treatment adherence and long-term success
- Document treatment progress accurately
20% Hair Replacement Consultations
- Assist clients with wigs, toppers, and hairpiece solutions
- Conduct confidence-building consultations
- Educate clients on proper wear and care
- Support fittings and product recommendations
5% Client Follow-Up & Relationship Building
- Follow up with existing clients
- Support retention and rebooking
- Build long-term client relationships
5% Cross-Referral Coordination
- Identify treatment clients who may benefit from hair replacement solutions while waiting for hair growth
- Introduce Serenity services when appropriate
- Identify Serenity clients who may benefit from addressing the root causes of their hair loss
- Educate clients on available treatment options
- Schedule consultations with Hair Loss Specialists when appropriate
10% Administrative Support
- Complete treatment notes
- Maintain accurate client records
- Support inventory and order coordination
- Assist with clinic and boutique organization
What Success Looks Like
You will be successful in this role when:
- Clients feel educated, supported, and cared for
- Treatments are delivered consistently and accurately
- Clients follow through with recommended care plans
- Appropriate referrals are made between Restore and Serenity
- Revenue goals are achieved through ethical education and recommendations
- Clients experience meaningful improvements in confidence
