Are you a skilled and certified Automotive Mechanic looking for a new opportunity? RFNOW Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our Maintenance Team. This role offers a dynamic work environment within a growing organization, where you’ll play a key part in keeping our fleet and equipment running at peak performance.
What You’ll Do:

Service, diagnose, and repair heavy and light trucks, as well as heavy equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of vehicles and equipment.

Utilize related instruments, hand and power tools, secondary equipment, and computer systems.

Accurately document all repairs performed and time taken.

Maintain high safety standards by continuously identifying and mitigating potential hazards.

Conduct inspections on vehicles and trailers.

Train and mentor junior apprentices to foster skill development and team growth.
What We’re Looking For:

Certified Journeyman in Heavy-Duty or Automotive Technician trade.

Previous experience working with heavy equipment is an asset.

Physically capable of meeting the demands of the trade.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
-
Class 5 driver’s license required; Class 1A or 3A is preferred.

Welding experience is an asset.
