Help Shape the Future of Primary Care in Kingston
Maple Family Health Team, in partnership with the Frontenac, Lennox & Addington Ontario Health Team (FLA OHT) and other community partners, is expanding its interdisciplinary primary care services through new provincial funding aimed at increasing access to comprehensive, team-based healthcare for people in Kingston and the surrounding area who do not currently have a family physician or nurse practitioner.
Building on the success of our existing interdisciplinary primary care programs, we are creating new opportunities for healthcare professionals and support staff who are passionate about improving access to care and making a meaningful difference in our community.
We are seeking collaborative, patient-centred professionals who are excited to help shape an innovative model of primary care while working alongside colleagues from a wide range of health disciplines.
We are recruiting for the following new positions:
- multiple full-time Nurse Practitioners

- part-time (0.5 FTE) Registered Dietitian
- part-time (0.5 FTE) Clinical Psychologist
- full-time Social Worker / Mental Health Counsellor
- full-time Administrative Assistant
- multiple full-time Medical Secretaries
Together, this team will provide patient-centred, collaborative care while helping improve access to primary healthcare across our region.
Whether you provide direct patient care or support the team behind the scenes, you'll play an important role in improving health outcomes and expanding access to primary care for our community.
