Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dietitian to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on nutrition and diet planning to promote our clients' overall health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of clients' nutritional needs
- Develop personalized meal plans based on clients' health goals and dietary restrictions
- Educate clients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust meal plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Keep accurate and updated records of clients' nutritional information
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
- Previous experience in a clinical or community setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Point Click Care
- Computer operation skills
