We are seeking proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible individuals to join our team as Guest Experience Associates. This role is highly focused on maintaining our premium standards of cleanliness and ensuring safety within our multi-level play structures. You will be the primary line of defense in keeping our facility spotless, supervising children's play boundaries, and managing washroom hygiene.
What You’ll Do
Active Supervision & Safety Enforcement: Closely monitor children in the play area to prevent accidents, step in gently to manage behavior (e.g., stopping rough play or fighting), and ensure rules are strictly followed.
Play Area Boundary Management: Strictly enforce playground rules by ensuring no food, drinks, or shoes enter the soft play structure area, keeping the play space pristine for all guests.
Rigorous Sanitization (The "Clean Team"): Execute frequent, thorough cleaning and sanitization of high-touch surfaces, toys, and play equipment throughout your shift to maintain a germ-free environment.
Washroom Maintenance: Routinely inspect, clean, and restock washrooms to ensure they stay immaculate and hygienic during busy operating hours.
Party & Event Support: Facilitate birthday experiences by managing room setups, delivering food service, and executing a fast, thorough cleanup immediately following events.
Guest Support: Warmly greet families, assist with check-ins, and confidently communicate safety rules and procedures to parents and guardians.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be comfortable with rigorous, ongoing cleaning and washroom sanitation duties.
Assertive yet friendly communication skills to gently guide children's behavior and address safety violations.
High energy and the stamina to stay active and on your feet for the duration of a shift.
Availability to work weekends and peak holiday hours is a strict requirement.
Experience in childcare, camp counseling, hospitality, or commercial cleaning is an asset.
Food Handler Certificate (Optional).
First Aid, CPR & AED Level C certification (or willingness to obtain).
Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (Required).
ECE or ECA background is preferred but not mandatory.
