Construction Sales Representative (Door-to-Door) - Students
ODG Construction Group is a growing construction company based in Brampton. We are looking for a motivated, confident, and outgoing individual to join our door-to-door field sales team.
This role involves speaking with homeowners, introducing our residential construction and renovation services, generating qualified leads, and booking appointments for our estimating team.
Responsibilities:
- Go door-to-door in assigned residential neighbourhoods
- Speak professionally and confidently with homeowners
- Introduce our construction and renovation services
- Generate qualified leads and book appointments
- Follow up with potential customers when required
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
Requirements:
- Confident, outgoing, and personable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout the day
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Compensation:
- Uncapped commission structure
- Top performers consistently earn around $300+ per day
Pay: $500–$1,000.00 per week
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability as needed
