About SARAFY:
SARAFY Medical Aesthetics Clinic is a boutique, rapidly growing aesthetic space dedicated to natural, premium cosmetic outcomes. Operating out of a trusted, professional wellness pharmacy unit right here in Bradford, we prioritize clinical safety, anatomical precision, and highly personalized care. We specialize in neuromodulator/tox injections and dermal lip fillers, all operating under a dedicated, fully compliant Nurse Practitioner (NP) Medical Directorship infrastructure.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an autonomous, certified, and business-minded Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on an appointment-based, casual employment structure. This position is perfect for an injector who values ultimate flexibility—allowing you to pick up daytime, evening, or weekend shifts that easily fit around your existing commitments or full-time role.
At SARAFY, we believe in rewarding our clinicians directly for their clinical skill and client acquisition. Rather than a flat hourly rate, this position offers a highly lucrative, tiered commission split.
How Our Split Structure Works:
- SARAFY-Sourced Clients: Receive a 40% commission of the gross treatment price for all clients provided by the clinic's marketing and pharmacy foot traffic.
- Nurse-Sourced / Legacy Clients: If you bring your own pre-existing, loyal client base to our space, we offer a Net-Profit Split (we deduct the hard cost of the product/consumables first, and split the remaining profit 50/50 or 60/40). This maximizes your take-home pay on your loyal followers while keeping clinic overhead completely covered.
Note: This is an appointment-based role. You are only required to be in the clinic when you have a scheduled booking, protecting your personal time and maximizing your hourly earnings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality consultations, Neuromodulator injections, and dermal lip filler treatments.
- Collaborate directly with our Medical Director (NP) for client consultations, virtual Good Faith Exams (GFEs), and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical charting and documentation within the clinic’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in accordance with CNO guidelines.
- Prioritize patient safety, providing thorough pre- and post-care education and managing complications if they arise.

- Completed, accredited certification in Neuromodulators and Dermal Fillers.
- Valid individual Professional Liability Protection (PLP) (e.g., through RNAO or WeRPN).
- Hands-on injecting experience is strongly preferred, but a passionate entrepreneurial mindset is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Benefits:
- Highly flexible scheduling: Days, evenings, and weekends available.
