Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Operate hand carts safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform physical labor such as lifting and carrying materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- On road Monday to Friday, home daily with possibility of an occasional Saturday.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Wage dependant on experience
