Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quartz Countertop Installer to join our team. This role involves the installation of stone top countertops in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring precise craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate does not need to have experience in countertop installation, but needs to present a good work ethic with problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Monday to Thursday @ 10 hour shifts.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for countertop installation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Install countertops securely, ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and sealing for durability and aesthetic appeal
- Operate power tools safely and maintain equipment in good condition
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow all safety protocols and industry standards during installation processes
- Clean work area after completion of each project, ensuring a professional presentation
Skills
- Experience in quartz or stone countertop installation preferred but not necessary
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address on-site challenges effectively
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in countertop installation
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy materials safely and stand for extended periods
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Valid driver’s license is a plus for transporting materials and equipment
