Pay: $17.00–$22.00 per hour + retail commission + tips

Job Description
Wellness Within is seeking an experienced, passionate, and client-focused Esthetician to join our health and wellness spa team. This role is ideal for a skilled practitioner who brings confidence, professionalism, and mentorship to the treatment room while continuing to focus on hands-on client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional esthetic services while maintaining consistent treatment standards
- Serve as a senior team member and positive role model within the spa
- Collaborate with the Spa Manager to uphold spa protocols, cleanliness, and service flow
- Build and maintain a strong repeat client base through education and personalized care
- Represent Wellness Within with professionalism and warmth, both in-centre and within the community
Desired Qualifications & Attributes
- Certified Esthetician with minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Confident, reliable, and self-motivated clinician
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Passion for mentoring and supporting team culture
